Reporting a problem
To help us understand what happened, include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The AccountabiliCal app version, if installed.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The steps that led to the problem, plus a screenshot if useful.
Please leave passwords and sensitive personal information out of your message and screenshots.
Common questions
How do I get the app?
AccountabiliCal is currently being tested through TestFlight and is not yet publicly available on the App Store. Existing testers can install updates in TestFlight. It requires iOS 26 or later.
Do I need an accountability partner?
No. You can start on your own and invite people to selected tasks later from Settings → People. Different tasks can include different people.
Why is an invitation still pending?
Make sure both people are using the latest TestFlight build. Both apps may need to refresh to finish sharing. In Settings → People, use Refresh requests and check the request status. If it stays pending, contact us with the message you see.
How do I choose what a widget shows?
Touch and hold the widget on your Home Screen, then choose Edit Widget to select task slots. Open the signed-in app after an update to refresh its data.
Does signing out delete my history?
No. Signing out clears visible app and widget data but retains cloud history. Deleting a task archives it and keeps its check-ins. Contact us for help understanding your data and deletion options.
Will there be an Android or web app?
AccountabiliCal is being built for iOS only.
